Our founder, Nadia Danay, is a seasoned esthetician with years of hands-on experience in her Toronto spa and teaching esthetics at a local college. Her extensive knowledge and passion for skin health have always been at the heart of the boutique. While the format of the business has evolved from a traditional spa to an e-commerce platform, our core values remain the same: Results before Ads. Every product we offer has been tested and trusted by Nadia herself in her spa.
A pivotal moment in our history was meeting Mr. Albert Laporte, the creator of the esteemed Gernetic brand. Nadia had the unique opportunity to deliver live translations (from French to English) during one of Mr. Laporte’s lectures in Toronto, where his enthusiasm and profound knowledge captivated the audience of professional estheticians. This personal connection led to Gernetic becoming our flagship brand, known for its unparalleled effectiveness in advanced skin care.
Though The European Touch has transformed from a local spa to an online presence, one thing remains constant: the personalized attention and care we give to every client. Nadia is always available to share her expert knowledge, whether through face-to-face consultations or virtual sessions.
